Richard was very helpful on phone call

I do not have our order yet, but I do have to say 24hourwristbands has been very prompt with our order so far (1 day). I submitted the wrong file type and they let me know within hours that I needed a higher resolution image. I spoke with Richard after submitting the new image and he checked the image quality while I waited on the phone. I appreciated knowing right away that our image was now correct.

Variance in sizing

All the masks were not the same size some ear bands were too small

Ups really screwed up

Ups really screwed up. My package was delivered 8 days after the recorded delivery. I paid for an express shipment and I should receive a partial refund. Also the package was soaking wet. No damage to the product. I was on the phone with imprint, UPS, and discover. The issue cost me 5 hrs of my time easily.

The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.

It is very easy to get ahold of a customer service employee. The problem is that they may not provide any customer service. If it is a conversation just regarding artwork or specs, they can be helpful. If it is a conversation to resolve an issue (pricing, shipping), good luck. It can be incredibly frustrating as they are not motivated to resolve issues for customers.

They are legit but ill feel scammed by them. They are not honest with customers.
